Our Founding team
Tony Paladin is a Commonwealth Games rowing gold medallist, Sports Scientist and Project Manager whose career bridges elite performance and global sport. He has delivered high-impact projects for Mercedes Petronas Formula 1, UFC, UAE Team Emirates, and worked across Formula E, SailGP and the E1 Series.
Drawing on two decades in high-performance sport and data innovation, Tony blends athlete insight with commercial strategy, helping some of the world’s biggest rights holders unlock performance, partnership sustainability and growth.
Hannah Brookes is a dynamic partnerships specialist with a proven track record across sport, culture, and the arts. Currently Corporate Partnerships Manager at Curve Theatre, she drives sponsorship growth and builds strategic collaborations that deliver impact for both brands and communities.
With experience spanning Slipstream Sports and visitor attractions, Hannah brings sharp commercial insight, stakeholder management expertise, and multilingual ability (English, French, German, Italian), making her a versatile connector who thrives in international, cross-sector environments.
